CONTEXT
Worximity provides real-time production monitoring tools for manufacturing plants.
The platform was widely used, but as it scaled, it became increasingly difficult for users to extract meaningful insights and act efficiently.
PROBLEMS
- Rigid structure with fixed layouts and limited KPIs (max 5)
- Minimal personalization and little adaptability to user needs
- Data dashboards with no clear actions or next steps
- One-size-fits-all experience:
Shop-floor → needed speed & quantity metrics
Directors → more OEE oriented KPIs & deeper insights
- Fragmented workflows due to disconnected features and poor module integration
- Reliance on add-on apps to complete the user journey
