A redesign is only successful when people are ready to use it.
The redesign was not simply about giving Worximity a new look. As the platform evolved, the experience needed to evolve with it.
Worximity was bringing more capabilities into one platform: a redesigned monitoring experience, AI-powered insights, and Action Plans to help teams turn insights into action. The challenge was making these new capabilities feel like one connected experience, rather than a collection of separate features.
The new experience was designed around a simple continuous-improvement journey:
Monitor → Identify → Act
Monitor: Get visibility into production through a more flexible and customizable interface.
Identify: Use Analytics, QBRs, and AI to find opportunities and understand what is happening.
Act: Turn insights into concrete actions with Action Plans, follow-ups, and reminders.
The goal was to help manufacturers identify, prioritize, and act on opportunities for continuous improvement and position Worximity as a One-stop shop for manufacturers
THE challenge
The launch became part of the design.
Rather than releasing the new UI all at once, I helped shape a phased launch that gave customers time to discover, learn, adapt, and provide feedback.
We started small.
We started small.
A handful of Lighthouse customers were invited to experience the new platform first. Their feedback helped us identify gaps, resolve issues, and build confidence before opening the experience to everyone.
Then we expanded the conversation.
Through in-app messaging, email, walkthroughs, demos, educational content, and direct customer conversations, we introduced not only what was changing, but why.
The old experience remained available during the transition, giving customers space to explore the new one without feeling forced into an unfamiliar workflow overnight.
From announcement to adoption
The campaign followed the customer journey:

One story across the product
The launch also gave us an opportunity to connect the redesigned UI with the broader product vision.
The new experience wasn't just a visual refresh. It brought together the different ways customers interact with their production data:
Monitor what’s happening.
Identify where to focus.
Act on the opportunity.
Identify where to focus.
Act on the opportunity.
The result was a launch strategy designed around change management, not just release management—bringing Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Development, and leadership together around one customer experience.
